Great Dental Clinic
"Service is outstanding. The place is very clean and beautiful. Dr. Natalie and all the staff are very nice they do an excellent job. They will explain everything. They even call me the next day when after my visit. Just to check on me. Who does that now a days? Before I was afraid to go to the dentist. I highly recommend this place." - Eliza A.
Friendly & Painless
"After Hurricane Katrina we lost our dentist. One day I saw Dr. Jackson's ad on the TV so I called and made an appointment. I loved the care I received and the professionalism of her staff. I give her business cards out to my co-workers and friends. I would not recommend someone if I did not feel they are good and proficient at what they do. I can safely say Dr. Jackson is a very competent professional dentist! I would recommend her to anyone!" - Mitzi H.
Professional & Personable
"I have been receiving my dental care from Dr. Jackson for several years. My care has been professionally excellent and delivered with sensitive concern for the patient as individual. My esteem for her and her staff is such that I continue to be her patient even though she is not one of the providers for whom my insurance will pay." - Joseph L.
I'm ready - so how do I get started?
To achieve ideal outcomes for our patients, we begin with a thorough evaluation. Depending on your situation, we may also provide a professional cleaning during your first visit. Please contact us to schedule your appointment with our team, and we see our patients Monday through Thursday between 8AM and 5PM.
So that we can evaluate your current situation, we utilize digital radiographs ("x-rays") and photographs. Many dental problems and conditions cannot be adequately diagnosed with a manual examination. For situations involving Dental Implants and/or Orthodontics, we also use 3D imaging to take advantage of the best information for the planning of your treatment options.
Your feedback combined with our findings will allow us to make recommendations that are designed to help you in the context of your unique circumstances and preferences.
During your first visit, Dr. Natalie Jackson will also examine you for the following dental conditions:
Do you accept my dental insurance?
Although we are "out-of-network" with all dental insurance plans, most of our patients are able to take advantage of their dental benefits toward our services.
There are some plans that will require payment in full at the time of service with reimbursement to the patient, but we do our best to determine that up front so our patients can plan accordingly. Likewise, we gladly help our patients find out what benefits are available before proceeding with treatment whenever possible.
Please note that there are some common plans that will not provide help toward our services:
- HMO-based insurance policies
If you have dental benefits with any of these plan types, you may be best served by searching your plan provider's website to find an enrolled dentist. With that said, we would be happy to help you all the same - just understand that you will need to plan around payment in full toward our services without reimbursement.
Since we know that the burden of dental expenses can add up quickly, we support a variety of flexible payment options made through either CareCredit or Lending Club Patient Solutions. With the help of these financing providers, it becomes possible to move forward with treatment in a way that fits your budget.
