I'm ready - so how do I get started?

To achieve ideal outcomes for our patients, we begin with a thorough evaluation. Depending on your situation, we may also provide a professional cleaning during your first visit. Please contact us to schedule your appointment with our team, and we see our patients Monday through Thursday between 8AM and 5PM.

So that we can evaluate your current situation, we utilize digital radiographs ("x-rays") and photographs. Many dental problems and conditions cannot be adequately diagnosed with a manual examination. For situations involving Dental Implants and/or Orthodontics, we also use 3D imaging to take advantage of the best information for the planning of your treatment options.

Your feedback combined with our findings will allow us to make recommendations that are designed to help you in the context of your unique circumstances and preferences.

During your first visit, Dr. Natalie Jackson will also examine you for the following dental conditions:

Cavities, chips, cracks, fractures and other damage

Worn down teeth from grinding and jaw clenching

Presence and extent of gum disease

    Active infections of the pulp

Missing teeth that can be replaced

    Screening for oral cancer

Crooked teeth that can be straightened

    Impacted wisdom teeth

Esthetic issues with the shape and color of your teeth

Do you accept my dental insurance?

Although we are "out-of-network" with all dental insurance plans, most of our patients are able to take advantage of their dental benefits toward our services.

There are some plans that will require payment in full at the time of service with reimbursement to the patient, but we do our best to determine that up front so our patients can plan accordingly. Likewise, we gladly help our patients find out what benefits are available before proceeding with treatment whenever possible.

Please note that there are some common plans that will not provide help toward our services:

    • Medicaid
    • Medicare
    • HMO-based insurance policies

If you have dental benefits with any of these plan types, you may be best served by searching your plan provider's website to find an enrolled dentist. With that said, we would be happy to help you all the same - just understand that you will need to plan around payment in full toward our services without reimbursement.

Since we know that the burden of dental expenses can add up quickly, we support a variety of flexible payment options made through either CareCredit or Lending Club Patient Solutions. With the help of these financing providers, it becomes possible to move forward with treatment in a way that fits your budget.
